Lawful, authorized use only
Use OTS only for activities you are legally authorized to coordinate. Do not use it for stalking, harassment, discrimination, intimidation, unlawful surveillance, trafficking, coercion, weapons targeting, intrusion, exploitation, or evasion of lawful oversight.
Do not upload material you do not have the right to process, and do not attempt to access another workspace, package, operation, device, user, record, or provider result.
Public-source intelligence
Public posts and business records are leads for human verification, never proof. Do not scrape, re-identify, profile, or retain people beyond a legitimate, documented purpose.
Provider terms, copyright, privacy, recording, employment, and local laws remain binding. Review status means a user performed a review action; it does not establish truth.
Safety and platform integrity
Do not submit or distribute harassment, bullying, credible threats, incitement or graphic violence, hateful or discriminatory abuse, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate material, illegal content, malware, fraud, credential theft, or another person's private data without a lawful and necessary operational basis.
Do not fabricate system events, interfere with logs, defeat retention, bypass permissions, overload providers, probe other tenants, distribute malware, or expose credentials.
Use the in-app report control for objectionable Team Chat content, attachments, OTS Assistant responses, live camera content, recordings, or participant accounts. Use the in-app block control to stop ordinary communication from another assigned participant. Also report suspected compromise promptly and stop unsafe use until the designated incident owner confirms the path forward.
Enforcement and safety exceptions
OTS may review reports, preserve minimized evidence references, hide or restore content, restrict or restore accounts, dismiss unsupported reports, and retain an immutable moderator-action record. Deliberately false or abusive reports may themselves violate this policy.
Communication blocks apply to ordinary Team Chat and live-camera interaction between the affected users. They do not suppress Emergency or FOXTROT events, system or legal notices, safety-critical tracking controls, or other required operational broadcasts.
