Service boundary
OTS is a coordination, documentation, communication, and decision-support platform. It is not an emergency service, law-enforcement service, medical service, rescue guarantee, insurance product, or substitute for trained professional judgment.
Customers remain responsible for lawful planning, informed participants, safe procedures, and contacting competent local authorities when appropriate.
Accounts and workspaces
The customer controls its workspace, assignments, personnel, and authorized use. Credentials are personal, must not be shared, and must be protected with the strongest available authentication.
Customers must keep identity, emergency, billing, and operational information accurate and must remove access promptly when it is no longer required.
Operational records
OTS may preserve logs, acknowledgements, recordings, documents, map annotations, check-ins, public-source review metadata, and closeout packages as authorized operational records.
Users must not falsify, conceal, destroy, or misuse records. Finished-operation evidence may be made immutable and retained for contractual, safety, fraud-prevention, or legal reasons.
User content and moderation
Team Chat, uploads, notes, live camera material, and prompts supplied to OTS Assistant are user content. Users must have the right to submit that content and must accept the current Terms, Privacy Notice, and Acceptable Use Policy before creating it in OTS Mobile.
Assigned users can report supported content or participant accounts and can block ordinary user-to-user communication within an Operation. OTS may review reports, hide or restore content, restrict accounts, preserve necessary evidence, and record moderator decisions in an immutable audit trail.
A communication block does not suppress Emergency or FOXTROT events, safety-critical tracking controls, or system and legal notices. Blocking is not an emergency control and does not remove authorized operational records.
Availability and responsibility
Mobile networks, GPS, devices, providers, maps, public sources, AI, hosting, and third-party APIs can be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, or wrong. OTS explicitly labels stale, approximate, unsupported, or unverified information where the source supports that distinction.
No generated briefing, public-source lead, location, notification, route, or AI response is proof or a command. A qualified human must review material decisions.
Payment, suspension, and termination
Paid service begins only after verified provider reconciliation. Prices, taxes, invoice terms, renewal, cancellation, refund, dispute, and Professional Overwatch coverage are governed by the accepted order and applicable mandatory law.
OTS may restrict service for non-payment, abuse, security risk, unlawful conduct, or material breach while preserving records required for accountability.
