Capabilities depend on the selected package, configured providers, device permissions, connectivity, and documented product limits.
Professional Overwatch
A Professional Overwatch add-on is a separately scoped human service. Coverage hours, qualifications, language, geography, response objectives, handover, exclusions, overage, escalation, and incident ownership must appear in the accepted order.
Software package access alone does not create human monitoring, continuous emergency response, or a duty to intervene.
Customer responsibilities
The customer appoints authorized workspace owners, validates participants, provides lawful instructions, maintains devices and connectivity, configures emergency contacts, and ensures all required notices and consents.
The customer must test its exact operating plan before relying on it and maintain a fallback independent of OTS.
