Provider categories
Hosting, managed database/cache, private object storage/CDN, transactional email, payment/tax, error monitoring, AI, push notification, mapping/geocoding, public-source discovery, media relay/recording, and support providers may be used when configured.
The production register must name the selected legal entities, processing location, purpose, data categories, transfer mechanism, retention, and current agreement before customer data is sent.
Data minimization
OTS sends only the fields needed for the configured feature, keeps provider credentials server-side, separates unverified public-source metadata from operational fact, and records external deletion follow-up where provider-side data cannot be removed synchronously.
